Setting the Standard for Ethics, Compliance, Accountability

 We maintain a network of independent law firms in all 50 states that meet our standards for professionalism, transparency, and ethical practice. Firms are evaluated based on factors such as professional responsibility history, client communication practices, compliance protocols, and commitment to ethical representation.

Our goal is not volume—it is quality. We work only with firms that demonstrate a genuine commitment to integrity in the practice of law. 

 When individuals or organizations contact us, we do not provide legal advice or representation. Instead, we help identify law firms that are well-suited to their needs and aligned with our standards.

If appropriate, we introduce the client to one or more independent law firms that can evaluate the matter and determine whether to offer representation. Any attorney–client relationship is formed directly between the client and the selected law firm.

 In addition to referrals, we provide consulting services to law firms focused on ethics, compliance, and professional responsibility. This includes guidance on:

• Best practices for client communication and transparency
   
• Ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
   
• Intake, screening, and risk management processes
   
• Operational policies that promote accountability and professionalism
   

These services are designed to help firms strengthen internal standards and better serve clients.

 The Institute for Legal Integrity is not a law firm and does not practice law. We do not direct legal strategy, provide legal advice, or participate in representation.

All legal services are provided exclusively by the independent law firms we introduce. Clients retain full control over whether to engage a firm, and law firms retain independent professional judgment in every matter.

 Our role is simple:
