Finding a lawyer you can trust should not be a gamble. The Institute for Legal Integrity exists to help individuals and organizations identify ethical, professional law firms—and to promote higher standards across the legal profession.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or represent clients. Instead, we serve as an independent resource focused on integrity, transparency, and accountability in legal representation.

What We Do

We help you connect with law firms that meet our standards for ethics and professionalism. Our role is to:

Evaluate and vet law firms based on integrity, compliance, and professional responsibility.
Help you identify firms that may be a strong fit for your legal needs.
Promote transparency and accountability in how legal services are delivered.

How the Process Works

1. You share general information about your situation so we can understand the type of legal help you are seeking. This is not legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is formed.

2. If appropriate, we introduce you to one or more independent law firms that align with our standards and appear suited to your needs.

3. You decide whether to contact a firm and whether to retain them. Any attorney–client relationship is formed directly between you and the law firm.

4. All legal advice, strategy, and representation are provided exclusively by your chosen law firm. We do not direct, manage, or participate in your case.

What Makes Our Approach Different

We prioritize professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct. We are selective about the firms we work with and do not operate as a volume-based referral service.

We are not owned by, affiliated with, or controlled by any law firm. Our role is to provide an objective, integrity-focused resource.

You remain in full control of your decisions. You are never required to hire any firm we introduce.
